User Agreement

1. Introduction

This User Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User") and Fight4UEC ("Platform","we","us"). It governs your access to and use of all services provided by the Platform, including but not limited to online courses, learning materials, note sales, membership services, event registration, data processing, promotional programs, and institutional collaboration services.


Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Platform. By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to all or part of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue the use of the Platform.

2. Definition

Unless otherwise stated, the following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

  1. User: Any individual or entity that browses, registers, or utilizes the Platform's services.
  2. Services: All functionalities and offerings provided by the Platform, including note sales, online courses, membership services, event registration, promotional programs, and collaborative courses.
  3. User Content: Any information or materials uploaded, posted, provided, or submitted by Users, including text, images, audio, videos, and comments.
  4. Paid Services: Services that require payment, including note purchases, membership subscriptions, paid courses, and paid events.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must meet the following requirements:

  1. Be at least 13 years old; Users engaging in Paid Services must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
  2. Ensure that all information provided during registration or purchase is accurate, truthful, and complete.
  3. Not impersonate any person or entity, nor create fraudulent or misleading accounts.

12. Disclaimer

The Platform and its Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Platform does not guarantee:

  1. Uninterrupted or error-free services
  2. Absolute accuracy or completeness of content
  3. A fully secure system free of viruses, defects, or vulnerabilities

All educational content is provided for learning purposes only and does not constitute professional tutoring guarantees, examination assurances, or outcome commitments.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for:

  1. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  2. Loss of profits, goodwill, or data
  3. Damages resulting from third-party services, system failures, or external factors

The Platform's maximum total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the relevant service.

14. Termination

The Platform may suspend or terminate a User's account under the following circumstances:

  1. Violation of this Agreement or applicable laws
  2. Failure to pay required fees
  3. Abuse of Platform resources
  4. Fraudulent, harmful, or inappropriate behavior

Users may request account deletion at any time. Certain records may be retained as required by law.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Malaysia.
