User Agreement

1. Introduction

This User Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User") and Fight4UEC ("Platform","we","us"). It governs your access to and use of all services provided by the Platform, including but not limited to online courses, learning materials, note sales, membership services, event registration, data processing, promotional programs, and institutional collaboration services.

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Platform. By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to all or part of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue the use of the Platform.

2. Definition

Unless otherwise stated, the following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

1. User: Any individual or entity that browses, registers, or utilizes the Platform's services.
2. Services: All functionalities and offerings provided by the Platform, including note sales, online courses, membership services, event registration, promotional programs, and collaborative courses.
3. User Content: Any information or materials uploaded, posted, provided, or submitted by Users, including text, images, audio, videos, and comments.
4. Paid Services: Services that require payment, including note purchases, membership subscriptions, paid courses, and paid events.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must meet the following requirements:

1. Be at least 13 years old; Users engaging in Paid Services must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
2. Ensure that all information provided during registration or purchase is accurate, truthful, and complete.
3. Not impersonate any person or entity, nor create fraudulent or misleading accounts.

4. Account Registration and Security

• Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.
• If unauthorized access or use of the account is detected, Users must notify the Platform immediately.
• The Platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement, applicable laws, or Platform policies.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or unethical behavior
• Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, re-uploading, or sharing of copyrighted content such as courses, notes, or videos
• Use of automated tools, bots, crawlers, or attempts to extract data or compromise system security
• Uploading violent, pornographic, discriminatory, hateful, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate content
• Spamming, distributing unsolicited messages, or interfering with Platform operations

The Platform reserves the right to remove any violating content or take necessary actions without prior notice.

6. User Content

• Users are solely responsible for all content they upload, publish, or submit.
• By submitting User Content, Users grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, store, reproduce, modify, display, promote, and distribute such content for operational and promotional purposes.
• The Platform may remove any content that violates laws, infringes rights, or breaches this Agreement without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content provided by the Platform—including but not limited to courses, notes, videos, images, articles, data, designs, and trademarks—is protected by copyright and related intellectual property laws. All rights are owned by Fight4UEC.
• Users may not reproduce, copy, publish, distribute, sell, scan, record, re-upload, or share Platform content without prior written authorization.
• Resale, redistribution, or unauthorized duplication of physical notes, digital notes, course materials, or multimedia content is strictly prohibited.
• The Platform reserves the right to take legal action or terminate services for any intellectual property infringement.

8. Paid Services and Refund Policy

8.1 Paid Services

Paid Services include but are not limited to:

1. Physical notes and shipping fees
2. Membership subscription services
3. Fees for specific courses or events

8.2 Payment Terms

• Payments may be made via bank transfer, online payment, or other methods designated by the Platform.
• All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), unless otherwise stated.

8.3 Refund Policy

• Physical Notes: Refunds are permitted within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Items that are opened, damaged, or used are not eligible for refunds.
• Membership Services: Non-refundable once the subscription is activated. Users may choose not to renew the upcoming cycle.
• Courses or Events: Refunds follow the policies of the organizer or partnering institution if applicable.

9. Event Registration

• Users registering for online or offline events must provide accurate and complete information.
• Events may be postponed, modified, or rescheduled due to weather conditions, venue issues, institutional arrangements, or force majeure.
• The Platform shall not be liable for losses caused by unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances.

10. Institutional Partnerships

• Collaborations with schools, tuition centers, educational institutions, or teachers are governed by formal agreements between both parties.
• Users are not authorized to represent the Platform in any negotiation or partnership discussion.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

The Platform collects, processes, and protects User data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, including but not limited to:

1. Account information
2. Usage records
3. Purchase history
4. Event registration details

12. Disclaimer

The Platform and its Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Platform does not guarantee:

1. Uninterrupted or error-free services
2. Absolute accuracy or completeness of content
3. A fully secure system free of viruses, defects, or vulnerabilities

All educational content is provided for learning purposes only and does not constitute professional tutoring guarantees, examination assurances, or outcome commitments.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for:

1. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
2. Loss of profits, goodwill, or data
3. Damages resulting from third-party services, system failures, or external factors

The Platform's maximum total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the relevant service.

14. Termination

The Platform may suspend or terminate a User's account under the following circumstances:

1. Violation of this Agreement or applicable laws
2. Failure to pay required fees
3. Abuse of Platform resources
4. Fraudulent, harmful, or inappropriate behavior

Users may request account deletion at any time. Certain records may be retained as required by law.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Malaysia.
